Notes So you want to be a Knitwear Designer-One of the hidden “joys” of being a knitwear designer is waiting to get paid. Publishers and yarns companies all have their own pay schedules. Some publishers have you waiting for almost year to get your check. I choose to think of it as my no interest savings account. Someday a check will show up in my mailbox for all my hard work!!
