Knitsophrenic

I feel so sorry for a very dear friend- she is hiking the Appalachian Trail in day trips as much as she can and recently has been enduring the most awful foot pain. Today she discovered her sever foot pain is from stress fractures new and old, with some pieces actually flacking off her bones… My feet just hurt thinking about it. Time to send her lots of healing vibes so she can continue her dream of completing the Trail.
